Reif Larsen in New York Magazine

Full disclosure: I work for Penguin in Canada and I'm trying not to do the oh-so-blatant push on our many (and fastastic! ha) books.

Yet, when The Selected Works of T.S. Spivet hits stores in May I'm pretty sure it's going to kick some ass. I'm reading it now and I'm not totally sure how I feel about it yet but the whole concept is crazy enough to buy your time to read sit down and run your eyeballs over the page.

I'm posting this because I noticed New York magazine did a piece on author Reif Larsen and it's HERE.

I think if I actually talk about the book people with pocket protectors may descend upon me and spank me with firm bookmarks.

However, if you've ever read The House of Leaves and thought it was cool but "too dark" and that The Curious Case of the Dog in The Nighttime was amusing but probably required illustrations to get it right, well folks, they had a love child.
