EH? at the TPL

The Toronto Public Library, my favorite place to indulge in the glory of FREE, has started a new reading series called The eh List Author Series. It's suppose to showcase awesome Canadian writers and whatever they've written lately. It's going to take place at eight TPL locations so you won't have to trek down to the mothership at Bloor & Yonge.

The North York Central library will have Donna Morrissey (What They Wanted) aboard as well as Andrew Davidson (The Gargoyle - which I hear is terrible but I desperately want to read it anyway).

The Mothership will be visited by Miriam Toews and Bill Richardson, among others.

Austin Clarke and Nino Ricci will read at midtown locations.

And finally Lee Gowan (great cover!) and David Bergen will visit out east.

Oh god, I keep scrolling...there's more. But I digress.

More info HERE.

Seems like a solid lineup though nothing really imaginative. I'll have to report back as to whether the format is interesting.
